Our procedure
STEPS TO APPLY
To apply Vietnam E-visa, please send us Scan or take a photo of your passport data page, one photo file + fill our information form attached our website.
STEP 1: Fill in your E-visa information so that you can make the payment online on our website:
A- INFORMATION OF VISA (must be fill so that you can make the payment online)
1. Number of Visa: Number of People entry to Vietnam. We discount Vietnam visa fees for Group from 5-15%
2. Visa Type: Number of the days that you stay in Vietnam: 30 days single entry, 90 days single entry, 90 days multiple entries
3. The Date of entry: The date that you intend to entry to Vietnam.
4. The Date of exit: The date that you intend to exit Vietnam (can not over 90 days stay)
5. Purpose of visit: please choosing purpose that you entry to Vietnam: Business, Tourist or Visiting relatives
6. Arrival airport: The airport that you entry to Vietnam.
7. Express services (Option):
- Standard services to get E-visa within 5-7 working days
- Expresss services (Urgent Vietnam E-visa) to get E-visa within 2 working days (after the day you send us all needed documents and information, make a payment online)
8. Extra services (Option): please choosing car transfer, Airport pickup servise, if you like
B- PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR VISA (must fill but no need exactly, so that you can complete the form and make a payment)

C- CONTACT INFORMATION FOR VISA: (fill your email so that we can send you E-visa when it is already)
1. Primary email: fill your email so that we can send you E-visa when it is already or when we need more needed information during the visa application process.
2. Re-type primary email: Have to fill to avoid errors when you fill the primary email
D- PLEASE NOTE THAT E-VISA IS THE OFFICIAL VIETNAM VISA:
E-visa is the official Vietnam visa, you just use it to enter Vietnam and get the entry stamp at Vietnam Immigration gate without having to do any further procedure
